This year, the pace of dairy production in the Saratov region demonstrate an unprecedented result.
It is reported that from the beginning of 2019 to the present day, local producers have put on the market over sixty-four thousand tons of milk.
Based on the information released by representatives of the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Saratov Region, current results significantly exceed the indicators that were fixed on the same date last year, 2018.
It is important to emphasize that daily Saratov burenki produce an average of more than three hundred and ninety tons of milk, which exceeds the production of dairy raw materials last year by one hundred and two percent. The average milk per cow is about nineteen and a half kilograms. And this is one kilogram two hundred grams more than at the beginning of July 2018.
It will not be superfluous to note those areas of the Saratov region where milk production holds a leading position compared to other municipalities in the region. So, among the foremost workers, it is possible to distinguish milkmen of the Maksovsky district (their figure is over twenty nine thousand six hundred sixty four tons).
In second place in productivity are producers of the Bazarno-Karabulaksky district (four thousand two hundred and fifteen tons). And the “bronze" deservedly goes to the Kalinin district with an indicator of productivity of three thousand seven hundred eighty-seven tons.
