Ukrlendfarming agricultural holding allocated UAH 1 million to village councils and UTO of 20 regions of Ukraine as material assistance to veterans of the Great Patriotic War and for festive events. This was reported by the press service of the organization.
Veterans have already begun to receive help, and in the villages, at the expense of Ukrlendfarming, monuments and memorial complexes were repaired in advance, and wreaths were purchased to pay tribute to the victims.
The Ukrlendfarming group of companies belongs to the Ukrainian businessman Oleg Bakhmatyuk. The company is the largest agricultural producer in the country. The agricultural holding, in addition to its main activity, is engaged in the implementation of a wide variety of social projects.
As previously reported, Ukrlendfarming invested 400 thousand UAH in the development of culture in the countryside. To stop the processes of labor migration from Ukrainian villages, the Ukrlendfarming group of companies decided to allocate more than 400 thousand UAH for the development of the culture of villages in 4 regions of the country. It is expected that this will improve the quality of life of the rural population of the country, in particular, its young generation.
For several years Ukrlandfarming has been actively supporting the development of culture in 600 village councils and UTO, where its units are located. Currently, the Ukrlendfarming group of companies invests over 400 thousand UAH in the development of the culture of the villages of Vinnitsa, Ivano-Frankivsk, Poltava and Kherson regions.The agricultural holding is supporting rural cultural houses, updating their premises, purchasing stage costumes for theater and heating equipment, as well as repairing libraries in the village.
