In the Republic of Tatarstan, an insidious weed, potentially dangerous both for the agriculture of the Russian Federation and for their health, has thoroughly occupied large-scale territories with a total area of five hundred and fifty thousand hectares.
We are talking about the hogweed of Sosnowski, who is too firmly settled on the republican land. And in order to get rid of it, the regional authorities announced a tender worth ten million rubles among those enterprises that specialize in pest control.
Only one company volunteered to meet agrarians tired of fighting the insidious weed. It is noteworthy that the initiative company agreed to exterminate the hogweed of Sosnowski for an amount half as much as that voiced by other bidders. As a result, the contract was signed with the "budget" initiators.
It would seem that very soon the republic would breathe a sigh of relief, getting rid of the overwhelming thickets of hogweed. However, the contractors failed to correctly calculate their strengths and capabilities and failed the terms of the state contract.
It’s too late to hold another tender, they say in the republican Ministry of Agriculture. And the time for the timely implementation of work on the destruction of the hogweed Sosnovsky has already been lost.
It is known that one can stumble on thickets of the hogweed Sosnowski near water bodies, as well as in the fields and roads surrounding settlements. In addition, the pest is a frequent inhabitant of the vast gardens and summer cottages. And to destroy a dangerous weed with the help of aggressive chemicals is not possible. Since the risk of poisoning water and people as a result of the use of toxic herbicides becomes too high.
Based on the information that the head of the republican Ministry of Agriculture and Food shared with the public, today there is only one way to deal with cow parsnip in Tatarstan: effective and maximally effective against the background of others:
