The Bulgarian family-owned company for the production, processing and sale of hot pepper boldly enters the huge world markets. About this, its creator Alexander Kurkiev told AgroClub.
Over the past 5–6 years, the farm has developed and changed its appearance, and now the area of gardens with rare species of hot pepper from around the world is more than 30 hectares - 20 hectares are in the field, and the remaining 10 are grown in greenhouses.
As the farm grew, the company began to process raw materials, processing and selling pepper in the form of hot sauces, pastas, marinades and many other various products. “Initially, we started farming, but now we are focused on the production of the final product. This is a very delicate moment, we are fully committed to creating new recipes, and the processing of raw materials takes place exclusively with us - from seed to bottle, we do everything ourselves, ”said Alexander.
The pioneer in eating hot pepper from Europeans was Christopher Columbus, who tasted this vegetable in America in 1493. And after a century, the fruit has spread throughout the globe.
“We have chosen a lower production niche, where we have less competition. The products we manufacture are high-quality, 100% natural without the use of sterilizers, starch, preservatives, thickeners and dyes, and all colors of the final product are achieved using our own copyright recipes, which are developed using various products and varieties of hot pepper ” - added the farmer.
