Leading experts at an agrarian university in Washington state have come to the conclusion that there are special types of soils that can suppress the effects of plant pathogenic viruses.
Based on long-term observations, the Americans determined that in some cases the soil has the ability to counter some types of parasites. And, when sowing plants in such soil, farmers can expect that their harvest will not be affected by certain diseases.
And if cultures “pick up” the virus, the soil will help get rid of the infectious attack in the shortest possible time.
According to scientists who drew attention to the healing effect of the soil, unique types of soil can resist both microscopic pests and dangerous bacteriological viruses and all kinds of fungal infections of plants.
As a result of research, it was possible to find out how nature endowed the soil with healing abilities. It turned out that the soil develops immunity to various viruses and pests after a long period of frequent outbreaks of disease.
In other words, this process can be compared with how a person develops immunity against many diseases throughout his life.
Very soon, according to Washington developers, a map of healing soils will be compiled, which will be divided by type and will be actively introduced into the US agricultural processes.
