How to brew and how to apply dill for cough
This herb is used as a useful additive in food, but, mainly, the manifestation of medicinal properties consists in the preparation of decoctions and tinctures.
This plant is an excellent remedy for dry cough.
There are such recipes:
- Grind 1 tablespoon of seeds and add 500 g of boiled water, and then insist. Drink this infusion 3 times in 100 ml per day.
- A tablespoon of seeds is poured with 1 cup of boiling water, well insisted and filtered. Take half a cup as an expectorant.
- For 1 tablespoon of seeds, use 1 cup of boiled water. Insist in a thermos for 2 hours, you can add honey, take up to 3-4 times a day.
In order to make treatment for pneumonia or bronchitis more effective, you can use the following recipe: 1 tablespoon of seeds is poured with half a liter of boiled water and insisted for at least 2 hours. Eat a tablespoon up to three times a day.Important! Honey can cause an allergic reaction, use is not necessary.
In adults
Often the seeds are not taken in the form in which they are. Grinding them with a coffee grinder, you get the powder, which is required for the implementation of recipes.
With dry cough:
