- Find a cardboard box, preferably light.
- Take a wooden stick long enough to raise the box above the ground on one side. Tie a thread so long that you can control the trap at a safe distance.
- Support the box with a stick, take the thread in your hand (you can wind it on your finger).
- Put a “path” from the feed that would lead to the trap.
- Wait for the careless bird to enter there. After that, you need to sharply pull the thread. It’s better to immediately start holding the box on top so that the frightened pigeon does not throw it over.
Fishing net
You can catch a large number of birds using a fishing net. True, a partner is needed in this method. Spread a fishing net and sprinkle bird food in the middle. Pour preferably on paper, so it will be better visible. Stand with your partner opposite each other, on different sides of the grid.
