This recipe is the easiest. It involves the use of only one ingredient, without the addition of preservatives in the form of citric acid and sugar. The only thing that may be needed is water. It can be added in the process of heat treatment, if the product produces little juice and burns.

- Grind the pear mass. Melt honey in a water bath (if it has thickened) and add it to the pears.
- Pack the treat in jars.
- Sterilize mashed potatoes in jars in a water bath for 20 minutes.
- Roll up the lids.
In this recipe, you can add an apple to pears. Then you should take 1.5 kg of pears and 0.5 kg of apples.
Important! Strictly observe the proportions of preservatives (honey, sugar, citric acid or juice) specified in the recipes. Otherwise, the final product will have an unpleasant taste in which sugaryness or acid will prevail.
Ways to store at home
After rolling up, the jars should be turned upside down and left to cool completely, wrapped in a terry towel. As soon as the containers with preservation have cooled, they are moved to a dark, cool place. It should be stored at a temperature not exceeding + 15 ° C.
