Apple pie is always a holiday on the table; its aroma can drive everyone crazy. To prepare such a dish is not at all difficult and most often does not require a large number of ingredients.

- juicy apples - 1 kg;
- flour - 150 g;

- To make the dough, mix flour, salt and cold butter. It is either chopped with a knife or rubbed on a grater, they also use a food processor. Pour water into the flour mass and knead the dough, then, wrap it in a film and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
- To prepare the filling, it is better to peel the apples and cut into thin slices. Chop them with cinnamon, sugar, flour, starch, pour the melted butter, lemon juice and mix.
- Roll out 2/3 of the finished dough with a thin layer, roll out the rest as well, just cut the ribbons for decoration.
- In a mold greased with butter, put a layer of dough, and on it a filling. On top of the filling, lay out several ribbons and bind them, continue to weave until the filling is completely closed. When finished, form a neat side, you can first weave a braid, or you can think of something from the remains.
- Grease the finished weaving with an egg and send it to the oven preheated to + 200 ° C for 40–45 minutes, always focus on the power of your oven.
