On the trading floors of Russia, the cost of cabbage continues to grow. In particular, white cabbage is becoming more expensive, the price of which today reaches about 30 rubles per kilogram. A week ago, the figure on cabbage price tags was 7% lower.
“Cabbage is in great demand, while farmers have less and less cabbage in their warehouses,” market analysts say. “They specifically raise prices and are in no hurry to sell all stocks in order to stretch and increase profits for last season's cabbage as long as possible!”
