Market analysts summed up the monitoring of meat prices over the past month.
Based on the published data, the average cost of beef (if you do not take boneless meat into account) was a little more than 332 rubles per kilogram. If we compare this price with the indicators of the previous month, then the cost of meat fell by 0.3%.
But a year ago, beef cost the Russian consumer an average of 3.5% cheaper than last month.It will not be superfluous to note that over the previous two years, the lowest price for cow meat was fixed in the early days of 2017 - then a kilogram of beef cost buyers from different business entities of the Russian Federation at an average price of 315 rubles 2 kopecks.
The maximum level of beef value was recorded in March 2019. Since then, the price of this type of meat has gone through the literally “golden age” and costs the Russians a tidy sum - an average of 332 rubles 47 kopecks per kilo.The most expensive kilogram of beef costs consumers of the Central Federal District - they give 383 rubles 55 kopecks for it. The smallest amount of money compared to other regions of Russia is paid by buyers on kilograms of beef on trading floors in the North Caucasus District: 301 rubles 33 kopecks.
