An ultra-modern and ultra-technological workshop, the main profile of which is slaughtering cattle, appeared in the Perm Territory in the village of Uinskoye.
The initiator of the construction of the new facility was the peasant-farmer association, which is headed by the Permian Amin Syromyatnikov.
First of all, Amina intended to slaughter and process her own livestock on the territory of the new workshop, but in the future a woman-farmer had the idea that the slaughter complex would be in demand among other livestock breeders in the area. As a result, the idea of a workshop for the provision of services for the slaughter and processing of carcasses for the population came up.The first stage of the construction of a new facility began a year ago. The foundation was laid directly on the farm of Amina. 2 million rubles from own assets helped to begin to realize her plan Syromyatnikova.
Today, the production facilities of the complex make it possible to process 10 pigs and 1 cow per shift. The workshop has everything necessary for the process of slaughter and carcass cutting, there is a refrigeration unit that allows you to store about two tons of meat products daily.Almost all the processes in the workshop are automated, but three residents of Uinsky were still able to get work at the new facility. The meat obtained in the innovative workshop is sent for sale to a company store, and is also sold in network retail outlets in nearby areas.
In the assortment of products that are being sold not without the help of a new slaughterhouse, one can find both minced meat and pieces of meat, as well as frozen convenience foods and canned meat.
